Intensive In-Home for Children and Adolescents
Serving the Stafford, Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania and King George Virginia areas, our Intensive In-Home Services, for children aged 5–18, provide specialized support within the familiarity of their own environment. Licensed by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS), these services ensure high-quality, evidence-based care for children and families.

Group Therapy for Children and Adolescents
Our upcoming therapy services for children and adolescents will include group sessions designed to address emotional, social, and behavioral challenges. This includes anxiety, depression, emotional regulation and social skills groups. Check back regularly for upcoming group therapy start dates in the coming months.
Intensive In-Home (IIH) Services: Support for Children and Families
Intensive In-Home (IIH) services are designed for children ages 5-18 years old and would be deemed appropriate if they are:

Exhibiting significant difficulties in daily life due to emotional, mental, or behavioral conditions.

Returning from out-of-home placement or at serious risk of out-of-home placement due to emotional and/or behavioral difficulties

Displays or engages in behavior that is dangerous (inappropriate social behaviors, suicidal intentions etc.)
Benefits of IIH services include the following:

Comprehensive needs assessment & diagnosis

24 hour crisis intervention

Assistance with accessing & navigating community resources

Up to10 hours each week of individual and family counseling with staff licensed by The Virginia Board of Counseling and The Virginia Board of Social Work
IIH is a service that comes at no cost to children with Virginia Medicaid. We accept the following Medicaid plans:

VA Medicaid (no MCO)
